A large part of the world's population lack the most basic things in life, such as food and clean water, medical care and sanitation, clothes and shoes. We at the Salvation Army Humanitarian Aid work to improve the living conditions for many needy people around the world. Our goal is to provide an opportunity for better health care, better standards at schools, hospitals and households. The Salvation Army is managing and leading their own schools and hospitals in many countries, and they are involved in a wide range of social activities.
We work with partner organizations in Africa, Asia, South America, and Eastern Europe in order to support some of the poorest people in different areas. We are sending hospital- and handicap equipment, clothes, shoes and food.
